Anti-Bribery Policy

The Exim Roof does not offer, pay, solicit or accept bribes or improper payments — directly or through third parties — in any engagement, jurisdiction or interaction with public officials.

This policy applies to all directors, employees, contractors and associates acting for or on behalf of The Exim Roof.

Gifts and hospitality must be modest, transparent and never influence business decisions. Cash or cash-equivalents are never acceptable.

Any suspected violation must be reported to info@theeximroof.com. Reports are treated confidentially and reprisal against a good-faith reporter is strictly prohibited.

Confirmed violations result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of engagement, and where warranted, reporting to the appropriate authorities.
